If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an eligible item for an exchange or refund within 60days of the shipment date. Returns/Exchanges received after 60 days are subject to a $15 re-stocking fee for each item. Merchandise will not be accepted for a refund/exchange after 90 days. Returns/Exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Original shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded. However, the exchange shipping and handling fee will be waived one time per order. You will be charged the shipping fee on your order if any eligible item(s) for FREE shipping are returned, bringing the total below the specified amount in order to receive the free shipping.

All Final Sale items CANNOT be Returned/Exchanged.

If you return any items purchased as part of a discount/offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly. If payment is due, please send a check, money order, or fill out the credit card information on the bottom of the return. A credit will be issued back in the form of original payment.

When trying on a wig, please wear a wig cap liner at all times to protect your natural hair and the condition of the wig.

In-stock items will be charged to your credit card upon order placement. Once back ordered items have been fulfilled your credit will then be charged the remaining amount. We also accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders. Please note that a $25 surcharge will be added to all checks returned for insufficient funds.

Any adjustment, including cancellations, must be made to orders before 12:00 PM CST. This includes color, payment, shipping, item or coupon redemption changes.

If you wish to submit a mail order simply complete the mail order form in your catalog or print one out online (below). Enclose your payment method of personal check, cashier’s check, money order or credit card payment. Make checks payable to Beauty Trends. Please allow 7-10 business days to process orders by personal check.
