Any orders placed before 12:00 PM CST Monday thru Friday will start processing on the same business day. This applies to in-stock items only and exclude dropship items.

Beautytrends offers USPS Priority Mail as our standard shipping. This takes about 2-3 business days. However, the shipping is ultimately fulfilled by USPS and not by us. Therefore, delays on their system that we have no control of may occur and such things will delay the item delivery. Please expect longer delivery time during inclement weather season, holiday season, etc.
Our dropship items ship directly from a third-party manufacturer (not from our warehouse) and therefore, they take 7-10 business days to deliver.
BeautyTrends offer express delivery fulfilled by UPS. Depending on the option that you choose, this takes between 1 and 2 days. Please note that UPS do not deliver on Saturdays, and that shipping may take longer on Holiday seasons and during bad weathers. Our express delivery:
- Available for in-stock items only, and it excludes dropship items.
- Not available to AK, HI, PR, and PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- All orders are subject to verification.
Customs, duties and other fees assessed by the destination country for an item cannot be paid by BeautyTrends when the item is shipped. The recipient of the package is the only one who can pay the customs fees.
It is important to understand that, if duties and taxes are assessed on an item shipped via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. Postage is charged to cover the expense of delivery only. Postage does not cover charges assessed by customs in the destination country. Customer's contact information is required for international shipments.
All color swatches will not be shipped to anywhere internationally.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return unworn, unaltered items with tags attached in original packaging, per the guidelines below. You may ship exchanges and returns via your preferred shipping method at your expense.
To qualify for a FREE one-time exchange, Item(s) must be received within 10 business days of receipt in new condition.
- All exchanges on dropship items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Only one exchange will be allowed per order.
- Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order.
All returns on dropship items will incur a 20% restocking fee. Once the restocking fee is applied, remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order. We only accept returns on all eligible products.
It may take 4 - 5 business days for your exchange/return to reach Quality Control Department. Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.
Original Shipping and Handling fees cannot be refunded.
Exchange and Return Product Eligibility
- In original, factory condition (unworn, undamaged, unaltered).
- In original packaging, with tags still completely attached.
- Odor-free and chemical-free.
- Item(s) must be returned within 10 business days of receipt of original shipment.
- Final sale/discontinued/closeout items.
- Accessories/care products.
- Special order items/wholesale orders.
- Item(s) returned after 10 business days of receipt of original shipment.
If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will email or call you before sending the item(s) back to you. Restrictions:
- All exchanges and returns will be inspected. Items not in pristine condition will be discarded with no exchange or refund applied.
- All original packaging must accompany your exchange or return (including hair net, tags, tissue paper, and inserts).
- Clearance and Final Sale items CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
- Items shipped internationally (including Canada) are Final Sale and CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
- Discount/Special Offer items will have refunds adjusted accordingly.
- BeautyTrends has the right to refuse the refund/exchange on any items based on the reasons mentioned above.

Occasionally backorders occur when requests for a particular item exceed available inventory. If a backorder occurs on your ordered product, we will contact you with the estimated arrival date of your product and you will be given the following options:
- You can receive the product once it becomes available for shipment. We will contact you whenever the product becomes available. If you still want the product, we will complete the charge to the payment method used with your original order.
- You can cancel the original order if you don’t want it any more.
We will promptly ship item(s) once they become available with the original Shipping & Handling method selected. Please note, for international orders containing multiple products, we do not ship partial orders, therefore your order will be shipped when all products ordered are available.
If you find out your desired product is either discontinued color or discontinued product, you can still place a special order for your desired product. First, please let us know about the product you want to order. Then we will be getting back to you shortly with the estimated arrival date of your product (5 - 6 months in general). To place a special order, the following conditions need to be met:
- You are required to order at least 5 of your desired product (minimum purchase requirement).
- The original retail price with no discount will apply to all special orders.
- No cancellation or return will be allowed after a special order is placed.
Requests for cancellation of orders will be accepted on the same day only following your order. Our business hours for processing cancellation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (CST). Please call us at 1.800.268.7210 or email us here at email@example.com.
Any cancellation requests received after the same day following your order are subject to a 20% cancellation fee for each order.
If a backorder occurs on your ordered product, we will contact you with the estimated arrival date of your product. Then you can either keep your order or cancel it. Please note that once you’re informed of the estimated arrival date of your product and give your permission for us to process your order, any cancellation requests afterwards are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Any domestic package over $300 in product value will require a signature confirmation. By doing this, we can ensure safety for our customers and have the packages successfully delivered.
Any domestic package in which the shipping address does not match the billing address will also require a signature confirmation due to security reasons.
If for any reason you are unable to sign for the package upon the estimated delivery date, you may contact USPS at 1.800.275.8777 or UPS at 1.800.742.5877 (depending on your shipping method), to schedule a pick up time or to reschedule a delivery date. Any packages that have been rerouted back to us will incur extra shipping fees to have the package redelivered. Any orders canceled after shipping from our warehouse, will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Claims for damaged or missing items in your order must be submitted within 2 days of receipt of original shipment. Contact Customer Service and please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.
Any damages claimed after 2 days of receipt of the product is considered regular wear and tear.
Beautytrends manufactures our wigs and hairpieces which allows us to offer our customers the lowest prices. To offer our customers the lowest prices for some items we don’t manufacture, we now match the competitor website price.
- You can request a price match before your purchase or within 7 days from the original date of purchase.
- The competitor must be an authorized internet retailer advertising the identical product on a USA website.
- We will not match competitor's free offers, email price quotes, print catalogs, special offers, rebates, clearance or closeout prices, final sale, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box, or display merchandise.
- Price matching cannot be combined with any other coupons or offers.
- All sales are final on price matched items. No exchanges and/or refunds allowed.

Our website is available for ordering, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. However, during our observed holidays our office will be closed and therefore:
- Shipping on orders made during the holidays will be processed on the next business day, and
- Customer Service will be closed and will not be able to reply to your emails and messages until the next business day.

Beautytrends is not responsible for color recommendations made by customer service representatives not meeting customer's expectations. Our customer service try their best to describe the color as accurately as possible; however, the opinion is ultimately subjective and the idea of the preferred color may differ from one person to another. For best results, please either purchase a color ring or request FREE color swatches for the most accurate color choice prior to getting a wig.
Actual color will look different due to different lighting, image processing, monitor quality, and other factors. Wigs shown have been styled for the photo to show full potential. Personal results may vary.
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted.
We accept multiple payment options. For credit cards, we accept Master Card, VISA, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments made through PayPal, personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. Please note that a $25 surcharge will be added to all checks returned for insufficient funds.
We require 7-10 business days to process orders with check, cashier's check or money order payments.
In-stock items will be charged to your credit card upon order shipment. Back-ordered items will not be charged to your card until the items have been fulfilled and shipped.
